Shipping

Orders typically ship within 24-48 hours of being placed. Unless another option is chosen at checkout, items will be charged a flat rate shipping fee based off of the weight of the order, mailed via USPS First Class mail (typical ship times are 1-5 business days from the time a label is created). An email with tracking information will be provided to each customer once items ship, with the exception of orders that contain only stickers. If you are pre-ordering an item, please refer to the estimated ship date in the product description. Orders that contain pre-orders will ship once all items in the order are ready.

International Customers

While we plan to eventually be equipped to support international shipping, that option is currently unavailable at checkout. If you are a customer outside of the States and are interested in placing an order, please email contact@ballandfeather.com and we will do our best to accommodate.

Returns and Exchanges

Ball & Feather accepts returns and exchanges of unworn/unwashed clothing (with the exception of customized products and stickers) within 2 weeks of receipt of product. Customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned product. Once returned products are received and deemed to be in original condition, a full refund will be provided or a replacement product sent free of charge. If a product arrives damaged and is deemed to be our fault (see below for additional info), a full refund or exchange will be processed.

Damaged Product
If you are reporting a damaged product, please email contact@ballandfeather.com and include your name, order number and a picture of the entire item showing the damage along with a description of the damage.

We will return your email within 48 hours.
